Ling's project and package manager — like cargo, but multilingual.

#Functionality

Scaffolds projects, builds, runs, normalizes identifiers, translates keywords between language lexicons, and publishes packages.

#Features

• Commands callable in many languages (lingfu, 灵符, 영부, ลิงฟู, etc.)
• lingfu publish gzips the project and uploads it with an API key
• Respects the ling.ignore file when packing
• Reads metadata and README from the manifest to send to the registry
